PRC requires all training to be completed prior to finalizing a consulting contract. Once a consultant completes their direct care training period of 40 hours, PRC will pay for future training while the consultant is still under contract. PRC offers onsite training of Bloodborne Pathogens and Medication Administration in January at our semi-annual all staff meeting, NCI Prevention and Core in July, and CPR and First Aid in August annually. In addition to Bloodborne Pathogens and Medication Administration, PRC also requires the successful completion of NCI Prevention, NCI Core, CPR, and First Aid trainings.
