Mashunda Flowers Famble is the CEO of Clinical Services for the PRC catchment areas. She carries her own case load and works directly with consultants and families. She has experience working with persons with economic disadvantages from her years working with the international organization, Habitat for Humanity. She is active in her church and community, and enjoys spending her leisure time with her husband, son Jadin, and new edition Rhyan Nicole (born August 2011). She is a volunteer at Kernoodle Middle School in Greensboro, a member of the Family Support Committee for Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County, as well as a board member and chair of the Outreach Committee at the Children’s Museum in Winston-Salem, NC and is actively involved in the larger community.
Zan Liccione is the Chief Operations Officer and carries a case load working directly with consultants and families. She is the mother of four delightful children ranging in age from 12-26, two Cardigan Welsh Corgi therapy dogs, Pip and Breena, and a grandson, Riley Hudson Briggs born June 2011. Her passions include art in all forms, music, live performances, film, sailing, and fine martinis. She is a trained fiber artist and counselor and has a range of other formal and informal educational pursuits including Physics, Biology, Fine Arts, Pastoral Counseling, Theology, Chaplaincy, and Rehabilitation Counseling. Zan was published in 2004 as a contributor to a book initially published in Australia and then in the USA. This book "A different kind of perfect" is available free of charge to consultants and consumers' families. It is a heartwarming, funny, sad, and heart wrenching compilation of essays from parents raising special needs children. Zan approaches her work and personal life from a spiritual position that the universe is abundant and that we must all grow in self- and other-awareness to be open to all we are offered.She continues to expand her understanding of the human condition in relationship to the divine through study and travel. Most recently Zan divested her ownership in PRC to Mashunda and is presently laying important groundwork in the areas of supported employment and independent living service availability for PRCs aging population. With a lifespan approach to service delivery, PRC continues to seek creative ways to provide person centered excellence.
